This page explains what information this website collects and what happens to it. It covers hannahhester.com only. The client portal at client.hannahhester.com is a separate service.
What the forms collect
If you send a note through the contact form, the site collects what you type: your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are buying or selling, your timeline, and your message.
If you ask for one of the free guides, you get the download link straight away. The site also collects your email address (and name, if you give one) and sends it to Hannah so she can follow up with you.
Where it goes
Form submissions — including the email address you give for a free guide — are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, until Hannah deletes them. Netlify screens submissions for spam using a service called Akismet. Hannah receives the submission so she can reply to you and follow up about your real estate plans. Your details are never sold or shared with anyone else for marketing.
What this site does not do
- No analytics or visitor tracking.
- No advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
- No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Everything on the page is served from this website.
Netlify keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run and secure the hosting service.

To see, correct or delete the information you have sent, or to stop hearing from Hannah, email Hannah@livewestrealty.com or call or text 404-933-9008.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
